ONLINE SHOP

  • Here you will find the rules and guidelines by which NaNó Pottery’s online shop operates.

    • Incorrect Items: I strive for accuracy, but mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, please get in contact by email at hello@nano-pottery.com with your order number and photos of the items you received within 48 hours upon delivery.

    • Returns & Cancellations: General returns or cancellations are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect.

    • Refused or Uncollected Orders: If you refuse a delivery or don't pick it up from the post office or the studio when choosing the Studio Pick Up option, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund once I receive the returned items in good condition. The order can be sent again providing that you repay the shipping cost.

    • General Refunds & Replacements: In the case of an item being missing or broken in transit, it is possible to arrange for a refund or to send a new package if there’s stock availability, though this should happen very rarely and each case will be dealt with individually. Please get in contact by email at hello@nano-pottery.com with your order number and photos of the items you received within 48 hours upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Processing Time: your order will be packed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

    • Price: Shipping prices are determined depending on the weight of your order. Each item has a weight associated with it which accounts for the product itself plus the packaging materials. The price is determined based on the total weight of the order and its destination. What you pay will be the cost charged by the post office plus the value of packaging materials.

In some countries, there might be taxes or customs charges on items shipped from abroad. Please note that you might have to pay these custom fees upon receiving your parcel.

The shipping prices might be inflated when you make a bigger order, in this case I will always proceed to refund the overcharged value.

    • Delivery Times: I’m still figuring this out! It will be available before the shop update.

    • Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for customs fees on international orders. I recommend checking with your country's customs agency before ordering.

  • Local pick up is available at Liapottery’s studio, you can come and pick up your ceramics on Mondays during the opening times, or on Friday or Saturday upon request by sending an email to hello@nano-pottery.com

If you want to pick up on a Monday you can find the updated schedule here www.liapottery.com

  • Please keep in mind that all of my pieces are handmade and with natural materials, so slight variations in size, shape, and glaze color are expected. For that reason, despite every listed item being made with the same materials and the same process, textures and colors may vary slightly from the photographs presented in the listings.

    • Durability: my ceramics are made with high-quality stoneware, but they are more fragile than mass-produced pieces. Handle them with care.

    • Glazes: Matte glazes can stain over time. Wash them by hand if possible and avoid using them with strongly colored foods/liquids. Rinse them quickly after use and don't leave liquid on them for long periods of time.

    • Dishwasher & Microwave: While technically dishwasher and microwave safe, these methods can shorten the lifespan of your ceramics. I recommend handwashing whenever possible, and avoiding microwaves.

  • There is no set timeline to the shop updates. The Shop is updated from time to time when I collect enough work for that purpose. Every now and then I post a Singles shop update, featuring one‑of‑a‑kind pieces born from my exploratory creative sessions - no two pieces are the same. The best way to keep yourself informed about the shop updates is through Instagram or by subscribing to the Newsletter.
